Hi all,
I tried to recover this picture of my mom...but unable to do ....can someone try the level best...?

Wow....that would be a mission and a half. You have red ink on the page and faded picture. The best I would start to do is to make an image mask around the lady and save it with the mask. But really that is nearly unoperatable, and I've worked on some pretty bad pictures before (all b/w ones)
